Sourdough Crackers are made with love and magic(and organic flour, butter & salt). The magic is courtesy of the age old sourdough practice- which ferments the dough for 4-12 hours. The gluten strands are broken down, making the crackers more easily digestible. Also, bacteria have some magic in the game and release beneficial enzymes. It’s a delicious win-win!
