Years ago I was handed down a salsa recipe from my American/Hispanic family that lives in Arizona. My love of gardening and years of adding and subtracting from the recipe, I produced my own recipe and knew that my fresh salsa has flavor and texture that is far different from any I have ever tasted. I would take my salsa to gatherings and the response from people was exciting!! No one could get enough of it.
I’m honored to share my salsa and see the surprise on everyone’s face when they try it for the first time. The fresh flavor and quality of my salsa makes the difference compared to what everyone is a custom to. That is how the name evolved
ADICTOS a la SALSA (Addicted to Salsa), after the first bite and seeing how it disappears as quickly as you put it out. Then it’s the craving everyone expressed to me there was no question that my salsa is Addictive!!
